NatureWorkshop provides consultation, training, support, and leadership in environmental design, public health, and education. We partner and collaborate with specialists in the allied design fields of architecture, landscape architecture, urban and regional planning, real estate development, and public health, as well as drawing from academia, psychology, and medicine, determined by the unique needs of the client and community. We are developing a proprietary THrIVES System (The Health Indicators for Vitality, Equity, and Sustainability), an assessment tool to measure and improve physical, emotional, social, economic, and environmental health using the principles of nature and the life giving benefits of biophilia, our deep abiding connection to the natural world. This endeavor is based on the idea of consilience, the belief in a comprehensive theory among different disciplines, with a common language and shared principles.
